You could do this by accessing additional functions, then press 2 then press 8, additional functions and then go to clear and then choose all.

I believe this is just a glitch in the copier. You need to do a printer reset. I do believe this will get rid of all the internal information of the copier -addresses, network setting, etc. Hopefully someone printed out the data lists after the intial install.

Press the additional function key, 2 key, 8 key, additional function key. Press the left arrow key, below the display, until #CLEAR comes up. Press OK, then left arrow until ALL. Then wait and copier will cycle.

Hopefully all is well then. You will ahve to intall all, settings as a new install. Posted on Dec 09, 2010. Tamil songs download mass tamilan. I also had the ' DOWNLOAD STANDBY' error message on my iR1023iF. None of the keys would work for me and I could not find any downloads that were not malware BUT I did discover by happenstance and much frustration the following: • Disconnect and switch off everything • Press and hold the ' Additional Function' key • Connect power and switch on the printer • Press ' ON/OFF' • You can now release the ' Additional Function' key • Your printer should display the word ' INITIALIZING' • Everything has been reset to factory defaults and is ready to go Hope this helps those who also do not have access to the maintenance software from Canon.
