Over the past two months I have spent around £500 on NI products and with every one I have had problems with serials or waiting for e-vouchers. I have sent many messages to them and have never received a reply explaining why things take so long. Last month I waited 4 DAYS for a serial for Razor, this month I waited 2 WEEKS for my free expansion pack and e-voucher after registering maschine. Last week I bought The Finger and Prism in the 50% sale and I still haven't received a serial for either. What's the point having the products without a serial? I have also recently tried to use the e-voucher that I got with Maschine and it said 'voucher cannot be used as their are no qualifying products.' This company appears professional from the advertising and website that they have but they are THE most useless company I have ever dealt with.

Why they can't just put something on their website apologising for the delays is beyond me, wouldn't that be standard practice to inform paying customers of what the situation is?
